Using ‘business tools’, it is possible to set automatic messages when you are away or when new customers engage in a chat. There is also an option to reuse frequent messages and do quick replies not forgetting the aspect of organizing work through labels like new customer, new order, pending payments, paid and order complete. All these tools are for a better customer service experience.
